We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data is processed when you visit this website, why, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Example Hosting GmbH, Beispielweg 1, 12345 Musterstadt, Germany. When you visit the site, the server automatically records information your browser sends, such as:

• IP address (anonymised after 7 days)
• Date and time of the request
• Page requested and referring URL
• Browser type and version, operating system

This data is required to deliver the website securely and reliably (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and is deleted after 14 days at the latest. We have concluded a data processing agreement with our hosting provider.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use cookies, tracking or analytics. The site stores your display preferences (such as colour and layout choices) in your browser's local storage so they persist between visits. This data never leaves your device and you can delete it at any time via your browser settings.

Fonts

All fonts are served from our own server. No connection to external font providers such as Google Fonts is made when you visit the site.

Audio playback via SoundCloud

Releases and Traumcast episodes are streamed from SoundCloud (SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG, Rheinsberger Str. 76/77, 10115 Berlin, Germany). The streams are routed through our own server, so your IP address is not transmitted to SoundCloud when you press play. SoundCloud's privacy policy is available at soundcloud.com/pages/privacy.

Links to external services

We link to our profiles on Instagram, Telegram, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Beatport and Resident Advisor, and to RE:VO Artists. These are plain links: no data is sent to these services until you click one. Once you do, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (such as your name, email address and message) to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). We delete it once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
• have it corrected (Art. 16) or deleted (Art. 17)
• restrict its processing (Art. 18)
• receive it in a portable format (Art. 20)
• object to its processing (Art. 21)

To exercise these rights, email us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
